For this project, we have created show flats for both semi-detached villas and townhouses. The design revolves around the keywords of “international, high-end, ecological, and artistic”. However, due to the different personas of the target customer groups, the spatial styles are positioned as Italian light luxury and artistic elegance of international aesthetics respectively. The spatial color tones of both mainly feature neutral colors, with different accent colors incorporated to highlight a sense of understated luxury and sophistication. Through the analysis of the five senses - smell, taste, touch, sight, and hearing, while fulfilling the basic spatial functions, we aim to provide a wonderful home experience for the residents. In terms of soft furnishings, we have carefully selected international brands, combining cutting-edge craftsmanship with an artistic sense to create an ultimate living environment, demonstrating that design has the power to transform everything.
